Appointment

One session takes 30 to 90 minutes. You will be lying on a massage table during the session, so please come in in a relaxing outfit. Alcohol and caffeine consumption before and after the session is discouraged. It is very important to be well hydrated. Please drink plenty of water before and after the session. Please bring a bottle of water to the session.
